Shipments are made via specialized couriers.

Shipping ways and times

The items will be shipped within 6 - 15 working days from the order date, with Omego Express, Yunexpress, CNE, 4PX service with subsequent communication via SMS with tracking code and direct link to monitor your order in real time.
During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer.
BEAUTYLLS™ is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond the control of PULSEPROWL™.

 

Shipment tracking

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by BEAUTYLLS™.


Delivery of the order

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package. The packages are packed in sealed boxes.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BEAUTYLLS™.

If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any claims for damage or defects must be received by BEAUTYLLS™ within a maximum of 30 days from the date the customer received the order, otherwise they cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with BEAUTYLLS™ and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.
